An additional $200 pet deposit is required for puppies under 12 months old. Monthly Fee of $40 for cats or dogs. We partner with PetScreening to manage all pet and assistance animal screenings. All applicants must complete a PetScreening profile as part of the application process. Please note, there is a nominal fee for pet profiles; assistance animal profiles are processed at no charge.
