|Recommended: Yesjust moved in and the staff in the office is so friendly and helpful. lovely amenities... took my grandchildren to the pool and they had a blast with the water sprays and water dumping buckets Everything is so clean. Nice residents here and you can always find a parking place. the only negative thing is you can hear other residents music thru the walls... but that is apartment living. Oh a shout out to maintenance. they stay on top of everything

|Recommended: YesI was surprised by Kensington — There is no comparison between Kensington and my last apartment. Kensington is very clean, well lit outside, and has a safe atmosphere. Everything is very clean I was paying more for a one bedroom that smelled of mold, the kitchen was falling apart, and the staff was rude, then I'm paying for a pretty new 2 bedroom. They are also a great place for dogs and have a pretty good gym

When we first got here, it was quiet at first. Not sure what happen. This has been going on for two weeks now. The neighbors above us are to load Parties at the pool and vomit in the hall at the gym. The kids' play area is a hot mess all the time with food left behind. What's going

|Recommended: YesAwesome — The complex is amazing Would highly recommend to anyone Beautiful amenities and clean complex for the most part Our only complaint would be that the apartment complex trash can get out of control Only one dumpster for all the apartments and is constantly overflowing. Our neighbors are also extremely heavy footed and loud. But other than that my fiancé and I love living here
We are pleased to hear you love the property overall! Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about construction. Regarding the trash, instead of multiple traditional dumpsters we decided to make one large trash compactor on our property. We have taken initiative with this situation and have begun to hand out compactor keys to our residents so they can compact the trash as needed. If you have not yet received your compactor key and would like to get one, please feel free to contact our office! We will get you one right away!
